  • To safeguard and ensure the collective interests of its associates, as well as promoting and executing every type of services related to this goal.
  • To inspire, support, foment, and promote the development of Insertion Companies.
  • To develop and execute projects to promote, disseminate, and raise awareness about the associated companies objectives.
  • To coordinate and cooperate with public authorities, organizations, institutions, and social agents that work for social and occupation insertion and against exclusion.
  • To promote and support the efforts of the government institutions, organizations, and associations to create a climate of favorable public opinion towards the promotion of social insertion through the occupational insertion of excluded people or at risk of exclusion.
  • To represent all associated insertion companies by means of the intervention in labour relations and contributing to the defense and promotion of business, occupational, economic, social, and cultural interests, both individual and collective.
  • To encourage solidarity among the associated companies by promoting and creating common assistance services.
  • To plan appropriate activities to achieve social and economic improvements for the associated insertion companies.
  • To maintain the necessary contact with other related organizations, from any region, with the goal of cooperating and sharing experiences – professional, union, or any other–, that results in the benefit of the federation and the associated companies.
  • To act representing companies in the context of labour relations, which are characterized by the existence of a third party related to the right holder by a service relationship and before whom they are exercised, through the expression of a series of rights, such as the right to collective labour bargaining, the adoption of solving measures for collective and individual labour disputes, social dialogue, and institutional involvement in government agencies. .
